Residents at the Belair also have exclusive access to the Sugar Hill Club, with use of its tennis courts, gymnasium and swimming pool.

Bedrooms

There are four spacious and comfortable bedrooms situated in the main house, while an additional two can be found in the guest house.  All bedrooms come with air conditioning and offer tasteful furnishings and tropical tone and colours.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and dedicated en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity unit.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two twin beds and share a bathroom that has shower and double vanity units.  Bedroom 4 also has twin beds and an en-suite with shower and single vanity unit.

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are in the ‘cottage’ and have twin beds in one and a queen size in the other.  They share a bathroom between them that has a shower and single vanity unit.

Communal Areas

The bright entranceway of the villa leads you into the spacious living area, with its stone columns and stunning views out over the Caribbean Sea.  There is a modern home entertainment system with a 52” TV in the living room, along with a built in mini-bar.  The sitting room, master bedroom and cottage also have a TV.

High-speed broadband and WiFi access is also available, enabling you to keep in touch with home, or just tune out the  technology and listen to the sound of the waves lapping at the beach a few steps away.  There is dining furniture on the terrace area meaning you can enjoy your meals al fresco, or have somewhere to enjoy a cocktail while the sun sets.

Staff

The highly experienced staff at Belair can cater to all requirements. The cook and two housekeepers offer excellent levels of service, preparing three meals a day to ensure everyone can enjoy their holiday. Note that children under 12 will require a nanny.

Please note that our housekeepers do not have training as nannies and should not be expected to care for or babysit infants and children. If you arrange babysitting with the staff, please understand that you do so at your own risk.

 

The levy on accommodation, collected in resort, will cost between US$2.50 (£1.90) and $17.50 (£14.50 for 5* Hotels) per room per night.
