Set in lush and verdant gardens on the pristine west coast of Barbados, Blue Point is a luxury 4 bedroom property just south of the famous Gibbs Beach. Tastefully furnished and appointed, the villa can be rented in conjunction with the adjacent Greensleeves, which offers an additional 9 bedrooms should you need to cater for extra large parties.
Combining classic comfort and touches of the orient in its design, Blue Point is a fantastic villa set in an idyllic location. With open-plan rooms, spacious decking and patio areas for relaxation and a spacious yet private pool, you can do what you want and when you want.
A natural water course winds its way through the property, and a gate leads you out onto the white sands of Barbados, where you can swim or snorkel to your heart’s content off of the reefs nearby.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are all air conditioned for your comfort.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king size bed, opening out onto a corner balcony that offers glorious views out over the sea and the pool area. The spacious en-suite bathroom has bathtub/shower and double vanity.
The remaining three bedrooms are found downstairs. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds with an adjacent bathroom with shower and single vanity. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a queen size bed with en-suite that has a shower and single vanity unit.
Communal Areas
The open-plan design is evident from the moment you step inside, with the living area leading out onto a covered and spacious terrace area that wraps around the property. Offering guests ample seating so you can relax, enjoy the sun or a good book on the loungers and chairs.
The swimming pool is a spacious 36ft x 21ft with a good depth down to 9ft at the deepest part. The whole area is enclosed offering you privacy to sunbathe or take a refreshing dip in the pool.
The indoor dining area opens out onto the veranda area and offers comfortable seating overlooking the pool and the sun deck.
Staff
A dedicated and highly-experienced team comprising of a general house manager, a cook, housekeeper, laundress and a bartender/waiter.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
The levy on accommodation, collected in resort, will cost between US$2.50 (£1.90) and $17.50 (£14.50 for 5* Hotels) per room per night until VAT doubles to 15% in 2020 as set by Prime Minister of Barbados Mia Mottley.
