There is one main restaurant at the Colony Club, as well as outdoor dining on the Sunset Deck – which is home to one of the two resort bars.
The Laguna Restaurant – Having undergone recent refurbishment, the Laguna now welcomes back guests to enjoy exquisite cuisine carefully created by the executive chef. Featuring seasonal ingredients where possible to bring out excellent flavour, complimented by herbs grown in the property’s organic gardens. Following with the hotel’s new healthy living philosophy, the menu feature a range of healthy dining options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
The Sunset Bar and Deck – Serving up delectable cocktails and light snacks from its poolside position. You can enjoy all day dining from a selection of seafood and continental cuisine. There are weekly theme nights providing fun for all the family, with a seaside grill and international buffet on Tuesday, Bajan fish grill on Wednesdays and lobster & jazz on Thursdays.
The Rum Vault – Located inside the hotel, the Rum Vault is the first of it’s kind on the island of Barbados. It features 150 rums from around the globe. With Rum Ambassadors and a Vault Chef, the experience in the Rum Vault is second to none. With a schedule of weekly events, rum pairings & private dining experiences make this a must do on your next visit to Barbados.
There is also the option for in-room dining, with room service available for breakfast (7:30am – 10am), all day dining (11:30am – 9:30pm) and for night owls (10:30pm – 7am).
