200m of beach frontage and over 2 acres of lush gardens, this distinctive property offers shaded areas and a natural water feature running through the grounds, with two charming bridges spanning the stream and a wealth of tropical fish within.
When the pull of the ocean becomes too great you can walk down the short footpath onto the white sands of the west coast before dipping your feet in the crustal clear and sparkling waters of the Caribbean.
Sea Shell is a truly unique experience, offering style, comfort and a great central location – with Mullins Beach Bar and the Indulgence Spa a short distance away and shops & restaurants in Holetown in striking distance as well.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning as well as fans and en-suite. Two bedrooms are located upstairs while the third is on the ground floor.
The master features a king size bed and a balcony offering stunning views out over the sea. The en-suite has a bath and shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have two twin beds that can be converted into a king size, with their en-suites featuring a shower only.
The open plan design allowed a cool sea breeze to flow through the property, complimented by sliding doors, modern furnishings and neutral colours. The property also has a spacious gazebo with seating which provides a great place to enjoy the panoramic sea views, or the patio which has ample seating and lounge chairs and umbrellas which makes it a great sunbathing spot.
You can also dine al fresco as the patio area has seating for 6. There is also a full and modern kitchen.
The staff consists of a housekeeper and a cook who is able to prepare guests two consecutive meals per day: breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
The levy on accommodation, collected in resort, will cost between US$2.50 (£1.90) and $17.50 (£14.50 for 5* Hotels) per room per night until VAT doubles to 15% in 2020 as set by Prime Minister of Barbados Mia Mottley.
