Overview of Sunset Reach

A charming little villa right on a tidal beach, Sunset Reach is a modern and spacious offering featuring the classic whitewashed Caribbean look with splashes of colour and contemporary design features.

Right on the white sands of Mullins Beach, this villa is in a great location just off the main road, just a stone’s throw away from the Indulgence Spa and water sports, as well as the nearby town of Speightstown with its wealth of shops, bars and restaurants.

Sunset Reach is perfect for a quiet retreat or a honeymoon; the rooms are all cool and airy and benefit from the sea breezes blowing in off the shore, while providing a stunning backdrop with the sparkling sea literally on your doorstep.

Please note smoking is not permitted indoors.

Bedrooms

There are three air conditioned bedrooms both with en-suite facilities including a shower and single vanity units.  The master bedroom has a King bed while the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

Communal Areas

The lovely and cozy living room opens right out onto the views offered from a spacious balcony area where there is seating and a table suitable for al fresco dining.  A separate sundeck is equipped with lounging chairs and is great for sunbathing and enjoying the warm Caribbean weather.  There is also a fully-equipped kitchen.

Staff

There is a housekeeper and cook who is able to prepare two consecutive meals a day – breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.  There is also a night watchman.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.

The levy on accommodation, collected in resort, will cost between US$2.50 (£1.90) and $17.50 (£14.50 for 5* Hotels) per room per night.
