Located just 15 minutes from Holetown and 5 minutes to Speightstown, you are ideally situated to enjoy the best that the west coast of Barbados has to offer, with shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy. Come and experience the island charm of Clearwater for a week or two, or even longer!

Bedrooms
All of the bedrooms feature air conditioning as well as ceiling fans, so you can choose the level of cooling at your convenience.
The master bedroom upstairs features a queen size bed and features a large window with views out over the sea and gardens. The attached en-suite has a shower and single vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 is downstairs and also offers lovely sea views, with two twin beds and an en-suite with bath/shower and single vanity unit. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both offers views of the gardens, both have twin beds and share a bathroom that has a shower and single vanity unit.
Communal Areas
The villa has lovely antiques scattered around and traditional decor and furniture. The open-plan living and dining room opens out onto a large covered patio with spacious gardens and the crystal clear blue Caribbean beyond. There is a lily pond and an outdoor grill area, as well as a covered outdoor area with table suitable for al fresco dining. A wet bar is also located on the property.
An extensive beachfront patio area provides easy access to Gibbs Beach, allowing you to take a cooling dip in the waters or a stroll along the pristine white sands. Come the evening beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed right on your doorstep.
Staff
The staff are highly-trained and profession and include a housekeeper and cook, with the latter providing three meals per day. A maid is also available to assist with larger groups.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
The levy on accommodation, collected in resort, will cost between US$2.50 (£1.90) and $17.50 (£14.50 for 5* Hotels) per room per night until VAT doubles to 15% in 2020 as set by Prime Minister of Barbados Mia Mottley.
