This beautiful new restaurant offers beach chic decor and celebrates the majestic mahogany trees that were once in it’s location; by incorporating them into the design of the restaurant we pay homage to their beauty.
Enjoy the creative menu featuring Bajan & Caribbean cuisine with a modern international flair. Buffet selection for breakfast and lunch, while a mixture of à la carte and buffet options for dinner. You will love the open air setting and trendy beach bar which complete this beautiful restaurant!
Aqua Terra
This elegantly casual restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and offers a delectable menu focused on the freshest seafood and the most scrumptious steaks available. Along with the interior dining, this restaurant features casual lounge seating under the shade of an umbrella along the amazing “Sunset Deck”. True to it’s name this deck is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy a cocktail while the sun goes down.
Cerulean
A sophisticated fine dining restaurant featuring a delicious internationally focused menu served in an intimate, romantic setting with stunning ocean views. The decor exudes the name itself and features rich blue with gold accents inspired by the deep blue and gold of the evening sea and sky. This restaurant is à la carte and open for dinner dining only.
The Flying Fish
Located just off the beach and adjacent to the family pool, this relaxed restaurant offers barefoot beach side dining in a colourful, fun atmosphere with a variety of choices hot off the grill; made to order pizzas, pastas and tasty salads. The Flying Fish is a swimwear friendly restaurant during lunch service, and a casual dining spot for family dinners.
De Rum Shop Cafe
Enjoy homemade Bajan pastries, “Bajan cutters” and sweet treats along with a variety of fresh local juices, delicious smoothies and healthy shakes, ice cream, Bajan Rum Punch, ice cold Banks Beer and customized infused gourmet coffees. The levy on accommodation, collected in resort, will cost between US$2.50 (£1.90) and $17.50 (£14.50 for 5* Hotels) per room per night until VAT doubles to 15% in 2020 as set by Prime Minister of Barbados Mia Mottley.
